A WORD FROM THE DIRECTOR
Greetings and salutations to you all.
My name is Jason, and I am the director of STAR WARS: THE LAST OF THE MANDALORES, Part One.
I'd like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about this production. It is a project that I am proud to be working on.
I was approached by Mike a few months ago, with the prospects of working on this film that he had in mind. As a STAR WARS fan myself, I was excited at the prospect of working on a film, so I agreed. Little did I know what I was in for.
These past months have been spent crafting one heck of a journey. The focus of our film is Boba Fett, and how he becomes one of the fiercest bounty hunters in the galaxy. What that entails, is no small task, but I have found myself working with a consummate professional who knows his stuff.
In writing the film, and crafting the direction for the rest of the story (in the two remaining films,) Mike has demonstrated a knowledge of the characters and universe, created by George Lucas, that makes him immenently qualified to the task.
Mike is also in charge of our special effects, and I have to say that he is constantly amazing me with his prowess. He has brought this film to a level of professionalism that I could only have imagined.
Of course, Mike can not take all the credit [as much as I'm sure he wish he could :)] The good folks at SCI-FI 3D provide some of the best 3D models on the web, and it is to them that we owe a great deal of thanks and appreciation.
And to MANDALORIAN COSTUMING, without whom Boba Fett would be a bit shabbier, we owe our gratitude,
All of these fine people have come together to produce the first film in what we hope will be the definitive Boba Fett story.
I hope that you enjoy this film as much as we have enjoyed putting it together.
